Job Summary

General Managers lead their teams in providing our guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality. General Managers are passionate about developing and leading a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability in our restaurants. They do this by displaying leadership and ownership mentality and ensuring an outstanding guest & employee experience.

Essential duties for a General Manager may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Always maintains highest personal and professional appearance.
• Is knowledgeable, disseminates and enforces Company Operational standards that ensure the highest level of flawless execution in operations. Including but not limited to: Quality, Customer Experience and Cleanliness.
• Displays a growth mindset that allows to increase sales by maximizing restaurant capacity and by tapping performance opportunities that can drive additional income.
• Is compelled to engage and support the community where we operate.
• Creates an inviting culture in the store, a place where our team members feel respected and valued.
• Interviews, hires, and retains quality candidates. Coaches and develops the operational, managerial and leadership skills of various roles at restaurant level.
• Behaves in a way that consistently demonstrates commitment to Bojangles’ values (Hard work, Teamwork, Harmony, Listen and Respect).
• Evaluates critical information needed to understand opportunities, determine probable causes, and develop workable solutions.

• 10 years previous QSR experience; both restaurant level and above restaurant level
• Serve as a Bojangles brand ambassador in your community
• Prior experience using Microsoft products
